We can send emails from our site (see attached page); however, we need to enter the members’ ID one at a time. I am hoping someone can help me set up email so we can email all members without adding each id.

Currently, emails can be sent from the site, but each member ID must be entered individually. To email all members at once, you would need to use a bulk email tool or export the member list to a platform that supports sending emails in bulk, which will save time and avoid manual entry for each ID.
