    Do the other Fields have Variables? I wanted to use the Customers Name as either the Heading of the email sent to myself

    eg. Appointment Request <%Name%>

    Or in the email sent to them so that in their email it shows their name

    eg. Hello <%Name%>
    Thank You for making this appointment …..
