I did that and it worked for me.
No, tried with copying your symbol for double-quote and it’s not even showing in the list of carriers. Reverted back to ” and it’s showing, but button is grayed out :/
The problem must be something else…
First, this site changes the double-quote to something else. What I typed was a simple double-quote, not this one.
second, upon selecting a courier, and entering a tracking number, the button is grayed out, until you click on “update order” to save everything.then “Email tacking info” button is available. That’s so to make sure tracking info is saved.

Great work on this plugin. I use e packet for shipping and it goes international.
What would I call it? Would the below be correct?

It worked for me. Just make sure you replace double-quotes with the correct ascii character.
