Email Update Error

    I am trying to add email information within the order tracking settings.
    When I go to save the changes I get the following error:

    “Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    I need this fixed ASAP so I can send out status updates on change.

    Hi Bruhman,

    Which version of the plugin are you using? And could you specify which email fields you’re referring to? Is this in the email settings or in an order setting?

    The most recent version and it is in the email info tab… Where you add a send from email, name, message, etc.
    It is currently empty so when I update orders no one gets emails.
    When I go to add info and save it I get the error I mentioned above.

    Hi bruhman,

    Was this working for you in a previous version? It sounds like there might be a permission problem with one of the folders in your WordPress install? Is this a general problem when changing options as well?

    I did not use this before or have it in a previous version. I can add orders and change the status but that is the only other thing I have tried to do. I want to add email info so when I change the status customers are updated.
    Please let me know how to fix this asap. Would be perfect if it worked. Maybe reinstall?

    Hi Bruhman,

    Maybe reinstalling could fix the problem. The other thing to check would be that the file “admin.php” in your WordPress install has “write” privileges. Are you able to save options on the “Options” tab?
