Email User Not Working

    Hi,

    I saw support questions relating to this but none of the solutions worked for me, basically I am getting email when a user submits anything but the user doesn’t get a email confirming the same. The solutions I tried are as follows:-
    1) – There was a question posted 2 years ago which mentioned checking an option which says something like “Email To User” I didn’t see an option for this in Email Field, Email User settings and Settings.
    2) – There is another solution which says to edit email-user.php file in display/processing/. I checked this directory but there is no file named email-user.php
    3) – Another page was using GetResponse forms, so I deactivated it, then deactivated and deleted Ninja Forms plugin then installed Ninja Forms again and tried submitting the form but same issue.

    Please help!
