email verification link doesn´t work automatically

The RPR doesn´t sent automatically the email with the verification link to the new subscribers, instead of this, just send a email with the username and password subscriber, so I have to send the verification link manually.
But in my other site with the exactly configuration work it perfect. Im confused because apparently there are no mistakes with configuration.

I deactivated the plugin and activated but the problem persist. In other hand I tested the wordpress blog without the redux and there are not something wrong.

Can you help me?
