Email when deactivating plugins?

Hello!

I was wondering if a function that can send an email notification to admin, when a plugin is deactivated, would be possible.

I’m experiencing some serious plugin conflicts lately and some plugins get deactivated by themselves at random times, that’s why this would I thought to ask you since it would really come in handy.

Please let me know.
