    hi, how can I receive an email with each conversation after finished the conversation in chatbox?

    Hi,

    Sorry, it’s not possible as for now; in fact, you could do it manually by checking the logs of the discussions, and after some time of inactivity (you need to think of the logic behind this), you could send yourself an email with the conversation and somehow mark it as sent.

    A developer could do this for you 🙂
