    One of our members used the Password Reset link but the new password emailed to her did not work. I verified that by trying it myself (logging in with her credentials). The error message said the password was empty or invalid.

    I wonder if this is an issue of credentials (username and password) on the Member record vs. those for the member’s User record. Does they need to be the same? Does the plugin propogate changes from one to the other?

    Is this the first time this has happened to this member? Or has this happened to more than one member?

    Do you have the following feature Force WP User Synchronization found under Advanced Settings enabled?
