  • Hi Craig, can you confirm that you are able to send e-mails to Hotmail accounts?

You can check the following check 1 and check 2.

The high number of carbon copy email address might make it be blocked for spam. Take those out until you resolve the problem.

If you wish to forward the email to somewhere else like gmail, outlook.com, yahoo, hotmail, or some other domain, do that separately after the mail is delivered. Use the web host email control panel to setup an email address with a forward.

For proper mail delivery, you need to carefully follow the instructions for mail settings on the Basic settings tab of your form setup.

Set the “Return-path address” setting to a real email address on the SAME domain as your web site. This step really is ALWAYS necessary so mail is properly identified as originating from your server

Also be sure to check this setting box:
Enable when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site (don’t skip this important step!). Click “Save Changes”

    Please follow the instructions here

Test your form’s mail delivery by sending a message from the form on your page. When testing your form on your page, do not fill out the email field with the same email address as the “Email To” or “Return-path address”. Use a different email address because some server’s security settings do not allow email to send from/to the same address.

    Hi Mike,

I am still getting bounces after applying the settings you suggested. Where would the best place to go to get some paid support to login and check my settings.

    Kind Regards
    Craig

    I recommend Ken Carlson
Ken is very familiar with this program
