Emails do not display field values with nested conditional statements

Working on a client site that requires two levels of conditional statement, the form displays correctly, but the values in the second level of the form don’t appear in the email.

As a work around I simplified the form to only use one level of conditional statements. However, this is not ideal and as the form displays properly, you would think the email would too!

So two things, has anyone else encountered this and is there a fix on the way?
