Emails does not work

    Hello,

    Automatic mail notifications does not work, when I click on Send preview Email, mail successfully comes to my mail account, but when I am trying to register to webinar, confirmation mail does not arrive. Can you please help me to find out where can be the problem?

    Hi, sorry you ran into problems.

    We’ve seen this issue in the past. It sounds like you could either be missing a table in your MySQL database or your WordPress cron jobs are not working.

    When sending your email to support, please include a copy of your system log which can be found by clicking on the Settings link under WebinarPress and then System Info and finally Copy to Clipboard.

    Please paste that into the email body as it will greatly help us track down the issue.
