Emails from Form Not Exporting

    I am able to see all the entrants that filled out the Enter to Win Form. However, when I go to export them to a csv file, I get blank excel spreadsheet without any of the names or emails. Could someone please explain how to export all emails so I can upload those who opted into my email list? Or create an integration that will put them directly into active campaigns?

    Hi @vbrevena,

    I’m afraid that I’m unable to replicate this issue on my end as my exported file did contain all of the information from the subscribers.

    Can you tell me which app are you using to view the file so I could check if it could be related to that perhaps?

    Also, could you perform a conflict test by disabling your plugins and switching to default WP theme and see if the exported file contains proper data after that?
    I would suggest doing this test on a staging site or if doing on live make sure to have a full backup ready before proceeding.
