    Hello Nikola,

at first sight I thought the mailed users would be able to confirm or cancel the appointments via an embedded link. However the sent mails seem to be for information only.

Of course for “pending” mails the EA overview page (https://wp-site/wp-admin/admin.php?easy_app_top_level) might be embedded into the mailbody, assuming the user signs in (wp-user) or site access is granted to everybody. The problem in both cases is that all users can view all appointments (confusing) and can modify all of them – which shouldn’t be allowed. What’s about if those mails only reflect to that single EA appointment (#)id and provide a “oneway/autologin/token” link (some 3’rd party plugin) which conduct directly to the corresponding appointment. After that the user gets the opportunity to make the changes he/she is entitled to do.

    Kind Regards
    Wolfgang

    Hi Nikola,

shame on me! Sometimes it would be better to work intensely with something before writing a review (any kind of it). I just have noticed the multiple EA ‘tags’ for email notification and found out that a majority of the desired functions were already implemented. Once again, a great program and thanks for its continuous development.

    Kind regards
    Wolfgang
