Emails not generated via API orders

Hi there,

I hope that someone will understand my problem and help me solve it.

We have an online store and get our orders pushed through the WooCommerce APIs. We send our customers an update on their order. The problem is that only orders via the website trigger these e-mails. The store administrator and the customer are sent the email. All other order status triggers emails as well. Only the orders coming from the API do not trigger the emails.

I have read almost every closed topic on the subject. They all suggest installing the mail logger, checking the SMTP settings and checking whether the emails are in the spam folders. All this is properly set, the only issues are that the external orders that are pushed through the API do not generate any mail.

Can someone help me. Thanks in advance!

To help me diagnose it, can you share with us:

Your System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

And your Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
