    Hello guys,

    I don’t know if my client use the free or pro version but I have this plugin WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card version 2.6.0 and since a few days, the clients don’t receive the gift cards by email while they receive the woocommerce transactional emails (I’ve reproduced the issue, I didn’t receive it neither).
    Any ideas? It was working fine before…

    Please make sure that the order status must be processing or completed then only your customer will get the gift card mail.

    Yes they are in “processing” statut.
    I’ve created a “free” gift card if you want to test directly by yourself (or give you the credentials). The 3 orders with this pb are with a paypal payment, could it be linked?

    It seems that the issue you are facing is due to the third-party plugin or theme please run a test by deactivating the theme as well as third party plugin you will find the culprit plugin.

    Also please make sure your default WooCommerce emails are working fine. If WooCommerce defaults emails are working fine then Gift Card emails should also work
