Emails not sent

Hi, I’m using the Block and emails are not being sent according to Fluent SMTP’s logs. The message ‘If your email address matches our records, you will receive a login email. If you don’t receive one, please contact us’ is displayed but nothing happens.
Is there anything I can try to make sure they get through?
