    Hi, I’m using the Block and emails are not being sent according to Fluent SMTP’s logs. The message ‘If your email address matches our records, you will receive a login email. If you don’t receive one, please contact us’ is displayed but nothing happens.

    Is there anything I can try to make sure they get through?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Could you share the relevant Fluent SMTP logs? A screenshot would be really helpful. Also, could you double-check if there’s actually a user account associated with the email or username being entered?

    I’ve recently seen a case where a user registered with a username, but for some reason, their account didn’t have an email address attached — which prevented the login email from being sent. It might be something similar here.
