Emails not translated correctly
-
I’m using v5.0.2 and translated all necessary strings that were not translated yet in Dutch. Everything works fine except the emails. Those are still in English. I found another topic and tried to de-activate (with deletion of existing data) and reactivating the plugin but still emails are not translated correctly.

Hello.
Please recheck in your translation PO file, that translated terms was not marked as “fuzzy”.
Also please recheck that after saving the PO file the MO file is also updated.
If you are still will have this issue please send these files to the plugin support email.
Kind regards. The same problem. Russian native language, but English translation is still on the email!
What to do?
Hello.
Please recheck in the translation file that the email template was translated correctly. Please recheck that this translation was not marked as “Fuzzy”. You can check about the editing of the translations here.
If you will make the correction in the translation file, so then you are need to make the FULL reinstall of the plugin, its because the email templates and some other settings are saving to DB during activation of the plugin and you need to make this reactivation.
Its mean that exist bookings and settings will be erased.
If you are want to make the FULL reinstall of the plugin. Please follow these steps:
1) open firstly the General Booking Settings menu page, and at the right side of the page recheck that this option “Delete booking data during uninstall” is turned On (checked), its mean that all your booking data during deactivation will be deleted;
2) open the WordPress Plugins menu page and click on “Deactivate” link of Booking Calendar. Wait for the message “Plugin is deactivated successfully”. It’s important.
3) open the WordPress Plugins menu page and click on “Activate” link of Booking Calendar. Wait for the message “Plugin is Activated successfully”. It’s important.

Did. It did not help 🙁
Hello.
Please send the your translation files to the support email: support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
I will recheck the files according correct translation.According having “WordPress” title in the emails.
Try to open the login dialog and retry the password. Then recheck, what the email address is used in this email. If you will see the “WordPress title”, so then its some where in the settings of WordPress.Try to open the wp_options table in your DB (using the phpMyAdmin tool or some other DB tool),
Find the option with name “admin_email” and recheck that the email for this field do not have the “WordPress” title.
Kind regards. If you have access to the database, you an acctually edit the fields that the mail-function uses.
In the “wp-option”-table the corresponding fields start with booking_email in the “option-name”-column. Just edit the option-value with whatever you need the e-mail to say. It’s by any means not the best way to solve the problem but it’ll save you the reinstall of the plugin and loose all your bookings.
Cheers!
