emails not working

    Wordpress Version: 5.2.3
    Plugin Version: 5.8
    Is Pro User: NO
    Current Theme: SmartTheme
    Website address: https://theartofpracticeprosperity.com

    Emails are not working at all for notifications.
    Also, how do I get the user to stay on the same page and not get forwarded to a ‘Posts’ page when they click the idea? Can they not just stay on the same page. I need these ideas password protected within a membership site and they should not be public.

    Hi @jonathanhyslop,

    The plugin uses the standard WordPress email function to send emails. If emails are not being delivered you may want to try using an SMTP mail system to send the emails – there are number of free plugins which can do this. If you do this and you believe an email is still not sending please let me know which one and I can test on my end.

    On the pro version there’s a way to disable the singe idea page. Thanks,
