    Hi,

    QSM doesn’t send any emails after the survey. I didn’t set up any condidionts so the email should be send always. In settings the option „Process emails in backgroud” is set to Yes. What can be the problem? Results are stored in the plugin just no emails. Thanks!

    It is difficult to say why you are experiencing the issue. You can share the quiz URL so that we can have a look at it.

    Hi,

    Yes I did, I sent it before I found this forum.

    I managed to fix it by myself. Thank you! To make it work I should have installed smtp plugin. Emails were not working without it.
