• Help Guys,

    Overtime someone is trying to subscribe to my blog they have the following message :

    PLEASE ADD POSTS FROM YOUR WORDPRESS ADMIN PAGE.

    Any ideas?

    This seems to be the message displayed to a registered user telling them to manage their subscription from the WordPress admin area. This means they should have a User account on your site and they need to log in to access the Subscribe2 settings.

    If I understood well:

    It means that they are already registered and they are asked to connect?

    In my case I tried from a different computer with a none registered email and I still have this message…
    I’m confused.

    That’s strange then, it’s not a default Subscribe2 message.

    Can you post a link to your site so I can have a look myself?

    the subscribe field is at the bottom of the front page

    For info: The form is placed in a visual composer builded page.

    That isn’t regular behaviour for Subscribe2.

    Try:
    – using a core WordPress theme and see if the issue persists.
    – Adding a WordPress ‘Page’ in the admin area containing the Subscribe2 shortcode, then configure the Widget to direct to that page.
