Hi,

I actually set all options and in Emails Tab settings section I have a result not found page when I try to save settings.

For exemple: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options&tab=email&email=checkmail_email
result = Page not found… :S

Hi @karinesabattier,

It looks like a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.
Firstly, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Ultimate member plugin installed.
Secondly, do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

Hello,

I get similar result except it get a 403 Forbidden for https://www.***.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options&tab=email&email=checkmail_email

I’ve disabled all plugins and set the theme back to Twenty Seventeen and still get same error. Please Help
