Emails will not send when using Amazon SES

Hi there,

Thank you so much for this plug-in. It’s a life saver!
I need to point out that it doesn’t seem to work when routing emails through Amazon SES. SES simply doesn’t like the current setup of To and Reply-to being no-reply and the actual email address only as a BBC. In the email code, I’ve replace the to with $email and that has solved it for now but of course I’ve broken compatibility.

Any other recommendations for now? Will this be fixed in an upcoming update?
