Can you post a link to a page on your site demonstrating the problem so I can troubleshoot it? Also, please verify that the embed code setting is still turned on in the plugin settings page.

It looks a lot like the embed code option is turned off. If the checkbox is on in the plugin settings page, try turning it off then on again.

It’s strange that the embed code shows up in the sample video on the settings page but not the video at https://www.dru.com/hair-surgery/african-american-fue-hair-transplant-using-ugraft/
What is the full text of the [KGVID] shortcode you’re using to embed that video?
Is this video not in the WordPress database? The plugin seems to think it isn’t. That would explain why you can’t embed it. Because of the way the embedding system works, only videos that are in the database can be embedded. You can use the Add From Server plugin to add it to the database.
