Embed functionality in WordPress page?

I have a site that uses Gravatars, but oddly doesn’t include the ability for users to add/change them. Users do not have access to the WordPress backend, all account functionality is managed on custom pages. Would this plugin allow me to add add/change Gravatar functionality to a “your account” page?
