Embed live stream or channel issue

Hello,

I got a issue with a plugin. For first 10 minutes it was working. Now if i try to get embed video link i get a error. I know the link is valid. I tested couple of them. So i did not any changes to my site. Just played around with the new YouTube plugin until it crashed with a error.

What i have already tried and checked.
1. Uninstall and install of the plugin.
2. API key is valid, no restrictions on the API-Key and the key is for Data API v3 (renewed the key also).

The plugin does not recognize valid YouTube links.

Where it should show video it shows message (front end): To embed live videos, please make sure you performed the steps in this video to create and save a proper server API key.

The error i got (back end) in the app when adding valid link:
Sorry, that does not seem to be a valid link to an existing video or channel. Please confirm that the link works in your browser, and that the owner of the video allowed embed sharing permissions (otherwise, contact the owner of the video to allow embedding). Then copy that full link in your address bar to paste here. If you are sure your link is correct, then your API key may be too restrictive (https://console.developers.google.com/apis/credentials).
