Embed MailChimp code into pop-up

    Hello,
    I’m trying to link my pop-up to the MailChimp sign-up. I generated the code on MailChimp to embed and put it in the CSS box but nothing happens. Is the CSS wrong or is it the wrong place to add this code?     Hi Caroline,
    You need to add the code in the editor by following this steps:

    1) Click on text mode tab
    2) Paste the code
    3) Click on visual Mode to change back to normal mode
    4) Update the popup.

    The css box it’s just for css code

    Hello,
    Thank you for reply. I did put the code in the editor but it doesn’t work. I can’t see the form and MailChimp says it’s not connected to my website. Do I need to edit the code or should I edit the permissions so that the connection isn’t blocked and the form appears?

    Hi Damian,
    I’ve managed to add the form but the pop-up still doesn’t show…
    Any idea why?

    Hi Caroline,
    is the popup is not showing it’s probably because the cookie was set for you (conversion or closing cookies). Try enabling “Test mode” which if you are logged as an admin will make the popup show every time for you.
