Embed only latest video with shortcode

Hello,

Is there a way to embed only the LATEST youtube video using a shortcode?

We have an educational channel where we upload lessons on a regular basis and we want to display the latest video that we have uploaded on the home page but we don’t want to have to update the site everytime we upload a video.

Is this even possible with this plugin?
