Embedded Video code is not working

Hello I have added one of my videos through an embedded code in WPBakery Page Builder but the code is not working I have added in RAW HTML also I have tried in Text section but video working in text section but not showing in a website. embedded code is <iframe class= “holder2″ src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/318920738?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&sidedock=0&#8243; class=”frame”></iframe>
