Unfortunately when I try the recommended method it only displays the embed code.
I am trying in the right sidebar.
What code are you actually embedding and where?

We recommend that users use the BlackStudio TinyMCE widget, which adds a widget called “Visual Editor”. With that, you’ll find the usual wizard button of our plugin that you can use for embedding.
