I’m struggling to work out why my video will only load while in admin mode.

I’ve been given some suggestions and I’ve deactivated the plugins mentioned, however there are still issues. Any ideas please.

A caching plugin could cause content to display when in Admin mode but not display to users that are not logged in.

I noticed you have the WP Super Cache on your site. Please try excluding this particular page from the plugin cache. This thread can help with some information on that:

2. Plugin or Theme Conflict

I also noticed you have a Memberships plugin ont he site. It’s possible there’s some restriction set on the video for logged-in users only so please check that first.
