I recently purchased EmbedPlus via your main site for my website (no WP). Looking for support, but can’t find it there, hence this message.

I copied the embed code generated on your website, but it’s as if it’s replaced by a standard YouTube embed.

Please help!

For the tool provided for non-WP sites, you should have received a welcome email with instructions. Please find that email and simply reply to it with your site and support details.
