    I have the PRO version 14.0.1.4 installed on my site and I am having some problems connecting with YouTube. The support form in the plugin is also not loading to report the issue. Both pages report “…refused to connect”. I also use this plugin on another site “https://the-mcaj.org” that is working just fine. This worked until about 3 days back (19Feb) and then stopped. I have not done any updates and I have deactivated several features and cleared the cache.
    I need to contact support with other details but not able to access.
    How else do I reach out?

    Hi,

    The page you provided is looking properly on our end with no errors. The main issue is that your server is quite slow. Run a lighthouse test on it and you’ll see lots of issues found.

    Hello @embedplus,
    Thanks for getting back. The problem was actually with the RS-SSL plugin and they confirmed the issue back then. They also generated a fix which cleared the fault in your plugin and with others.
    I did not remember to return to this topic to close the issue.
