EmbedPress PDF iOS problem

    Dear friends!

    Here’s a problem: I’m using EmbedPress to embed PDF files that my clients are going to see. The thing is the embed PDF is seen on a laptop and Android smartphone without any trouble. However, the users can’t see it on iPhone and iPad – these are the screenshots of what they actually see. Thank you for any help!

    Greetings. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Well, it could happen due to the size of the PDF. It seems like the size of your pdf is 47mb and you are hosting the pdf on your site. We have checked it on different iPhone devices. It seems okay. Can you please try with a less heavy pdf file and check if you are still facing this issue or not?

    I’ve compressed the PDF down to 8,3 mb but it didn’t help at all:( I also checked if the plugin works well on iOS but via Safari, Google nChrome and Yandex… Nothing works

    Do you have other ideas how I can fix that? 🙏
