    Theme : Flatbootstrap
    Plugin DIVI
    Hustel

    in the footer the embed is shown correctly (home page) but not on others page
    I can’t understand why
    I saw in the backend a message asking in case of display problem to downgrade hustel
    I dreamed of it, I can’t see it anymore, and how can I easily find it

    Hi @vahns64

    I hope you’re well today!

    I see that there is HTML code for embed already injected into the footer (where embed should be showing up) but there’s a JS error in browser console, related to Hustle scripts.

    This is very likely happening due to JS/CSS optimization and/or caching.

    Please try this first:

    – go to Divi Builder options in back-end and look for “Static CSS FIle Generation” options; there should be a button next to it to “Clear” so use it to clear generated CSS; it will regenerate it

    – clear all caches on site (and server – if there is any)

    If the issue still happens, try temporarily disabling all the JS/CSS optimization options on site (wherever you can find them – in Divi settings, in other plugins etc) and see if that changes anything.

    Is it possible to take a full backup or create a staging website https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ and run a full plugin conflict test following this workflow?

    Hi,

    Excuse my silence, I was sick.
I followed your instructions, deactivate the plugins one by one and test
nothing
the same with a new basic wp theme
nothing

    Hi @vahns64,

    Can you please send us an export of your embed so we can check it out further?
    You can go to Hustle > Embeds panel and click on gear icon to get the export file.

    Upload it to any file sharing service and send the download link by using our contact form here:

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Predrag Dubajic”
    – Link to your WordPress site
    – Download link to the export file
    – Link back to this thread for reference
