    I created a Embeds form successfully and shown in my website. But email can not be submitted via this embeds. Always show Something went wrong, please try again.Pop-up is OK.What can I do? my website: translinked.cn

    I was trying to check your site, but it seems that url is not correct.

    Also can you tell me if your embed is integrated with any service like MailChimp or it’s local list?
