This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Hello @macmanx, i did that but with all plugins unchecked and a default theme, it still showing with that error.
Health check only say to update PHP version (did it) and recommend update MySQL from 5.5 to 5.7 (didn’t yet)
Whats happening then?
What are you running that’s sending your emoji through Facebook’s CDN?
Dont know. I have CloudFare CDN.
Its possible a database error? I have MySQL 5.5
Please try fully disabling Cloudflare and all caches.
Solved! It was WP Automatic Plugin posting an article from Facebook, it copies emojis too from their CDN.
