We would love to help. But it’s hard for us too to identify why this issue happen on without checking the issue on your website directly. On the other side, this forum not allow us to ask your website login access.

This is a particular issue where only happen on your website. There could be several reasons why this issue happen. As I mentioned on previous reply, we really can not give you a solution as long as we can not access on your website.
On the other side, this forum not allow us to ask your website login access. Customers only allow send us their login access on our Premium support forum.
