    Good evening everyone

I would like to ask for help from you, I have the following problem:

My cart works correctly on the computer / desktop, it also works normally on the Iphone (IOS) or any browser on the iphone. Now, on Android smartphones that use the Google Chrome browser, you are having this problem, I open a product page, click Buy Product or Add Now, for example, and then receive a message saying that my cart is empty.

Incredibly, if you open an anonymous guide in Google Chrome, you can place the order.

In short, the problem can be found for Android users.

Deactivate all plugins, install and uninstall cache plugins (wp optimize, litespeed cache, autoptimize, etc …)

I ask please, help me solve this.

    Thanks in advance!

Note: I searched the forum a lot, several topics, but I couldn’t solve the problem.

Sorry for the late, this is the link:

    https://www.clickyslime.com.br/

WooCommerce advises disabling caching on cart, checkout and my-account pages. See:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

There may be other problems but that’s a starting point.

But u can explain how I can do it ?

I’m using Lite Speed cache and i put in EXCLUDES the pages: my-account, cart and checkout.

    I’m using correctly? Look screenshot

Have someway to clear all cache of site ? In server and client/user browser… or this is nothing about ?

I read that LiteSpeed should work with WooCommerce out-of the box, no settings needed, then I read this:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/woocommerce-cart-support/
which hints that you need some feature on your server for caching to work properly.

Basically this is the forum for the core WooCommerce plugin and I’m out of my depth with LiteSpeed. Someone else may come in, but I think you should ask on the dedicated LiteSpeed forum here:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/litespeed-cache/

I’ll try that configs, and remove page excludes…

In ur opnion, which cache plugin you recommend to use ? I was using WP OPTIMZE

I like Rocket and also Fastest Cache, but you’d have to try them and see what you think.

That’s a personal view. I’m not part of the WooCommerce team.

I’ll try change the plugin cache and desactive some plugins

I’m testing now, i think this problem happen too with non logged users…

I tried all things I can, but don’t work, omg, i’m thinking remove all woocommerce complety and start again ><

I should rewind the site to just Storefront and WooCommerce. Does that work?

Your initial post said that you had deactivated all plugins and it didn’t work, but you didn’t say whether you had switched to a default theme. If a really basic site of just Storefront and WooCommerce doesn’t work, then yes, you have a faulty install somewhere and it would be best to start over. You must get a basic site working first.

If Storefront & WooCommerce works for you, then taking it slowly, reactivate first the theme and then the other plugins one-by-one and test to find out where its going wrong.

To try to debug something like this on a site with a theme, lots of plugins, CDN active, caching etc all running at the same time, is not going to be practical.

I’m doing more some tests, and i see a thing, i tested in other mobile device, i removed and installed google chrome again, after this, i atualize the app (google chrome) and tested and it worked again

So, this just can be about cache, right ?

I did one last test and it seems to be working for now, what I did was the following:

I installed the Remove HTTP plugin, went to another mobile that was also having a problem, then I cleared the cache and added the product to the cart and worked normally until the purchase was completed.

I will continue testing and if there is any more problem posted here.

I hope this can help someone who is having the same problem.

Obs: I don’t know why the plugin helped solve the problem, if you have any ideas, can you tell me here, please …
