“Empty CSS-files” in directory “…uploads/sek_css/”
-
Hello dear Nimble-Page-Builder-Developers!
Could it be that you’re having an issue with this directory which
I think is created by your Nimble-Page-Builder-plugin:<__webpage-basedir__>/wp-content/uploads/sek_css
This directory had summed up 5.000+ Zero-Byte-CSS-files for apparently
every post that was served from my WP-instance since about 3 months. All the CSS-files are named like this:
skp__tax_post_tag_8318.css
(with different tag-IDs, if I interprete the name right)Do you think creating this “hell of empty files” as a good idea???
… as you can see here:
https://app.sitespeedbot.com/ebdc3b1c5b2c0ba38a47
(search for “sek_css”!)… this unfortunately bloated-up directory is causing very bad
server response times over time!—
Please get the developer creating this behaviour and get him/her
to swear “never ever implementing such crap”!
😉
(… hope you’ll see it as the sarcasm it deserves here?!)And did I have been really the first complaining about this?
🤔Kind Regards from Freistatt, Lower Saxony, Germany
