    Hi!
I have used this plugin in many pages because of its CSV export feature, but now I’m having trouble importing it to Excel or Google Sheets, because some fields are empty.

I saw the other topics that resolved the issue, but this one is diferent. Since the web is in Spanish, a line of text is a “LÍNEA de texto”. Somehow the meta key was created with this character in it: “í”

Now that I selected that field, it erased the í automatically… so I don’t know how to reestablish that metakey.

    Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @teishon,

    Thank you for writing in,

Changing the meta key of the existing form used by multiple users to submit the form is the wrong move. For the CSV export, This type of issue only displays when you made changes to the meta key of the form field. This change makes your CSV blank because the new meta key does not found the data from your database. If you have made changes to the meta keys then we suggest you restore the meta key name then only you will get the data on your CSV file.

Ps: The Spanish character also not supporting because the meta key always prefers plan text and also we would like to recommend you to use a small letter on your meta key.

    Regards!
