Empty Description

Currently, you have 26 items in the feed and, 10 items contain a description and 16 of them don’t have any description, which means the feed is configured correctly and our plugin is pulling the description from WooCommerece. So the possible reason is those 16 items don’t contain any description. For example, item 7388 doesn’t contain a description on both the feed and the product page, while item 7075 has a description on both the feed and the product page.

So, the possible issue is, you may haven’t added description to those items or may have added the description on the short description field while you have mapped the main description with the description attribute field on the feed.

Please, open the item with id 7388 on your backend and check if you have added the description on the long description field.

There could be a few reasons for not including the products in the feed, like out of stock, product type, and a few more. To find it out, we need to inspect the items from the backend or take one item as a reference, open it in the backend, and check if that item is in stock or has a different product type.
