Empty Design Library

I’ve just installed the Spectra Plug-in, but the Design Libray is empty, I hit the Refresh button and after a few seconds is says it’s done but nothing appears.

Hi @mohsinbsf I have the same problem. When I chose the Template Kits the design library is empty, I updated the htaccess and config file as suggested and deactivated every plugin, but still no luck. Is there anything else I could do? I am hosting on WPEngine, I was hoping to switch from Elementor to Spectra but really struggling. Thanks
