Empty editor, “Failed to load resource” 404

    Hi there,

    I’m using Neve and Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Otter. At first, some blocks had trouble loading (mostly buttons and HTML blocks), then the entire homepage editor started to look blank. Most commands in the builder of this page are not clickable (neve options, otter options, page options). I’m on Safari. I’ve tried to duplicate the page, but nothing changes. Other, simpler, pages are editable though. In the console I get the error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404” (please see screenshot).

    Ps. If I disable the Otter plugin I can access the page content again – but of course the styling is missing.

    Any idea what this could be caused by and how to fix it?

    Hey @casolina,

    Can you use install Health Check plugin? It’s a plugin for troubleshooting within WordPress.

    After installing, you can activate the troubleshooting mode which deactivates all the plugin ONLY for you, while they work for your users.

    Then can you just activate Neve and Otter to see if the issue persists? This is so we could know if this is happening with Otter or some plugin conflict.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve tried what you suggest, and with the Neve theme and the Otter plugin installed I still encounter the same issue (please see screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/th1h7eoo900mygd/Capture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202021-05-15%20%C3%A0%2011.46.33.png?dl=0).

    May this be related to the error “Failed to load resource… 404”?

    Just checking in to make sure you received my email a couple of days ago? The issue is blocking my work and I’m wondering if I should just restart from scratch or what to do to get things going.
