Empty gray fields – no statistic shown

Since WP 6.9 (about 6th Dec-25) I only see gray tables in Dashboard, insights, etc. No numbers at all.

No statistics or numbers show.
It seems like there is an error in the burst dashboard. This could be a conflict with another plugin or there might be something wrong in our code. Could you check the console for errors and share these with us?
To check for errors in the console, follow these simple steps:
- Open your browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox).
- Right-click anywhere on the page you’re having issues with.
- Choose “Inspect” or “Inspect Element” from the menu.
- In the developer tools that appear, click on the “Console” tab.
- If there are any errors, they will be displayed in red in the console.
You can copy the error message and share it with us for further troubleshooting. Make sure you refresh the page after opening the console to capture any errors that may appear on load.
Kind regards,
HesselGot this error in console:

This usually happens for one of three reasons:
- Ad blockers: are you using an extension like ublock origin, adblock plus, or ghostery?
- Aggressive browser settings: are you using a privacy-focused browser like brave, or do you have firefox set to “strict” tracking protection?
- Network filters: do you have something like a pi-hole or a corporate firewall active?
The word “statistics” in our plugin folder name (/burst-statistics/) is a common trigger for these filters. even though burst is locally hosted and privacy-first, many blocklists are automated and flag anything with that keyword.
Could you try disabling your ad blocker or whitelisting your domain to see if the dashboard loads? Let me know if that clears it up.
Kind regards,
HesselAdblocker was the hinder! Now it works again! Thank you very much!
