empty lines lost in visual editor

    Hi.
    Have problem with visual editor. It removes all empty lines from content.
    When I create content with some empty lines it will save it correctly but if I reopen it then visual editor remove all empty lines.
    How can I change it to allow empty lines in visual editor?
    Is it a bug?
