OK. So your shortcode generator modal is empty.
You have one or two other plugins that are creating javascript errors on the page, which are preventing File Away’s javascript from loading. In your admin.min.js file, it is referencing something called “Bloodhound” that is not defined.
You have another javascript file called measureIt.js that is looking for a “create” property of an undefined object.
Try disabling the relevant plugins until those errors go away, to see if your File Away shortcode generator then works. If so, contact the authors of those plugins/theme to seek resolution. If not, let me know.
