After installing plugin, linking with google account and adding to actions after submitting the form, I get blank options as attached in the image.

Sorry for the trouble, Can you reload once and check if selecting sheet and tab is showing?
If still having same issue, can you navigate to Elementor –> Google Sheet-> System Status Tab
and click copy clipboard and send us at [email protected]
So that we take a closer look with the Elementor PRO version and also which other plugins you are using!
