Hey @clalb
I would definitely suggest updating this to at least version 4.2 for the best experience and safest setup.
Because you are several versions behind I would advise first taking a backup, or if you have a staging site do this in staging first. Then I would suggest upgrading one version at a time. You can get the older version of WooCommerce from here at the very bottom ⇢ https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/
After each update, test your site and ensure everything is working correctly. If it is, then proceed with the next update. If you run into any errors, stop and try to work through them before updating to the next. It would also be best if you update your other WooCommerce plugins as you go along if you haven’t already.
It’s been a while since we heard from you, so I’m marking this thread resolved. Hopefully, you’ve been able to resolve this, but if you haven’t, please open up a new topic and we’ll be happy to help out.

Tony, thank you so much for the support!
I’ll do a step-by-step update of the plugin.
Fingers crossed!
