have installed the plugin and running a basic theme. How come the actual product detail page is empty?

The modal/quick view page shows the product detail but if you click on the link for the product it just shows an empty page

Is there some magic setting to turn on somewhere?

When I view source for that page I can see that only the page header is loading. So either something is causing an error, stopping the load, or the theme templates themselves aren’t working. Are you able to look at a server log file, or turn on debugging?

Hi – I think its the theme or platform.

Turned on debugging

Fatal error: Cannot use BigCommerce\Customizer\Sections\Product_Single as Product_Single because the name is already in use in /home/eightli/loopyard.com/wp-content/plugins/bigcommerce/src/BigCommerce/Templates/Fallback_Image.php on line 9

used same theme here / different host here though and it works fine

Actually – issue with host. Site running an old version of PHP even though Cpanel and their admin says 7.4

Fixed it in Cpanel – updated PHP version
